SMK Holdings PL is an non-listed multi-commodity mining and exploration company currently focused on mining copper and gold to sell to Copperchem Limited under a existing commodity supply agreement.
SMK'S current operations are centered on their 100% controlled Volga Copper Project near the town of Cloncurry and Copperchem's processing plant. Three other copper projects in close proximity will be developed over the next 6 to 18 months. Defining copper, gold resources for a combined supply life of 10 years from current and future SMK projects is the primary objective of the company.
